Indeed, Christ is risen! "Why do you look for the living among the dead? These are the words the angel of the Lord said. Death couldn’t hold Him; He overcame death with power. Our Lord did so voluntarily and only out of love. There is no greater love. He wanted to see that death is only an illusion, is not real, and now our wonderful hope is "Because He lives, we shall live also." The plan of Atonement, or the undoing of our faults, began in a very painful way, and He went through with it even though He knew His destiny, He knew He would die, and the kind of death He would suffer. And from the cross he taught us by example the greatest lesson of forgiveness, when He said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do.” Luke 23:34. At that moment he was teaching us how to achieve peace, because it is achieved through forgiveness. And if we have peace, what else could we want. Forgiveness is our way to God. He also promised He would rise on the third day, and He did. His promises are firm and unfailing. All power was given to Him on Heaven and on earth because He and the Father were and are, one. The Lord Jesus asked the Father in the Garden of Gethsemane, for us to be one with Them. " That all of them may be one, Father, just as You are in Me and I am in You. May they also be in Us so that the world may believe that You have sent Me. "John 17: 21.

When we separated from God, we deviated from love to fear, and with His help we are returning to love. Many are already in their journey towards God, and others are joining. Enthusiasm means God in us, and it is contagious. Some as they see the difference in the lives changed by the power of God also want to experience it. By getting closer to God are helping to push forward this movement. Thank God for His Son Jesus Christ, who, as He promised He is with us every day.  Perhaps we don’t know it but we all are teachers; we all are teaching with our actions what we believe. Some more advanced than others, but there are always people with less progress than us, it is they who we will teach, and from whom we will learn because we are also students. There are some students already waiting for us. They will be willing to learn from us because we are at a similar level, they don’t feel intimidated to ask questions. There are no coincidences, all of it is part of God's great plan. We will find a teacher, in any place of our journey we may find ourselves. God has not abandoned any of His children in the midst of their suffering. Our responsibility is to ensure that no one feels alone or abandoned.

The Bible says: “God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them… Whoever claims to love God yet hates a brother or sister is a liar. For whoever does not love their brother and sister, whom they have seen, cannot love God, whom they have not seen.” 1 John 4: 16b and 20. The Lord Jesus Christ Who manifests to us the love of God, speaks to us and blesses us through our brothers. When we deny our love to any of them, for any reason, we are also denying it to Him, and blocking His love. Forgiveness puts everything in the right perspective. Forgiveness is the miracle that removes the veil that is separating us from God, and enables us to find rest in this world that it is a turmoil born of conflicting dreams, and although we wish peace and security, what we find is danger and sorrow.

“Forgiveness offers everything I want. What could you want forgiveness cannot give? Do you want peace? Forgiveness offers it. Do you want happiness, a quiet mind, a certainty of purpose, and a sense of worth and beauty that transcends the world? Do you want care and safety, and the warmth of sure protection always? Do you want a quietness that cannot be disturbed, a gentleness that never can be hurt, a deep abiding comfort, and a rest so perfect it can never be upset? All this forgiveness offers you, and more. It sparkles on your eyes as you awake, and gives you joy with which to meet the day. It soothes your forehead while you sleep, and rests upon your eyelids so you see no dreams of fear and evil, malice and attack. And when you wake again, it offers you another day of happiness and peace. All this forgiveness offers you, and more.” ACIM L. 122.1-2 All this He taught us from the cross. This is His greatest lesson, that got encrypted in our souls with burning fire.
